1 Square Footage is found by measuring one side of the home and the front
or rear; multiplying these two; then multiplying by the number of floors
(including the basement). Home inspections are based on total square
footage, not living space typically found on a home's listing.
2 If you or your spouse is Active Duty, Reserve or Honorably Discharged from the
Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, National Guard (09\11\01 to
Today) you will receive a $50.00 Discount.
