Fee Schedule

My fee is based on the total square footage of the home, its age, whether there is a basement (finished or unfinished)/crawlspace, attached/detached garage. And distance; I have driven great distances at the request of repeat customers and time/miles can be a factor.

Radon Inspections are a flat $175 and is performed by a licensed/certified radon inspector..

Inspection of home security systems are performed by a Broadview Security technician at no cost.

• Square Footage is found by measuring one side of the home and the front or rear; multiplying these two; then multiplying by the number of floors (including the basement). Home inspections are based on total square footage, not living space typically found on a home's listing.
• If you or your spouse is Active Duty, Reserve or Honorably Discharged from the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, National Guard (09\11\01 to Today) you will receive a $50.00 Discount.
